Zucchine: food, planning and everyday wellbeing

A good food site can do more than help you decide what to cook. It can bring recipes, the weekly shop and the habits around eating into one useful place.
That is the idea behind Zucchine: a food blog and a set of practical tools for everyday life. Browse recipes from different food traditions, search across them in several languages, and use a weekly menu to turn inspiration into a plan. From there, shopping becomes part of the same routine: a way to connect the meals you want to make with the ingredients you need.
Zucchine also brings food and wellbeing together through personal tools for keeping a food diary, tracking activity and reflecting on health. The aim is not to prescribe a perfect diet. It is to make it easier to notice patterns and make choices that fit your own life.
These pieces belong together because cooking does not happen in isolation. We choose meals, shop for ingredients, prepare food, and build routines around it. Zucchine brings those everyday steps under one roof, while leaving room for different tastes, traditions and goals.
This is just an introduction. In upcoming posts, I’ll take a closer look at the recipes and food blogs, the shopping and menu-planning tools, and the health features—one part at a time.
